This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a part-time position for between 22.5 and 30 hours per week.
Salary: £68,000 - £72,000 p.a. pro rata + bonus
You will help to create unforgettable adventures by:
- Influencing and impacting our BCorp status through your detailed understanding of the customer experience and business strategy.
- Ensuring strategic initiatives create best in class experiences for future, current and past team members, proactively protecting our culture, and also watching for and managing our blind spots.
- Artfully balancing the health, wellness and wellbeing of our people with the protection of the business as a whole.
- Having a high functioning relationship with the Senior Leadership team, other Heads of HR, L&D Manager and Head of HR Shared Services to produce fresh ideas, deliver initiatives and make data led decisions.
- Making our employee’s lives better through people initiatives and brand immersive experiences which bring to life our core value – Be Better Than Yesterday.
- Developing commercial, pragmatic, process-light people solutions, and communicating them frequently and in interesting ways – we don’t do boring!
- Working with the MD and senior HR team to develop and deliver a people plan which aligns our people and planet goals together with a strong focus on our engagement drivers, B-Corp accreditation and business growth.
- Coaching, providing practical people advice and generally be a sounding board for the leadership teams.
- Increasing the diversity of talent in the business with people who thrive and bring a new lens to our culture through talent acquisition and on-boarding experiences - inclusivity is our mantra for everyone.
- Presenting strategy updates to the whole Explore team.
- Providing career development coaching.
- Updating Senior Leadership on progress with your people KPIs at team meetings.

- You prefer to tick things off your list and love making decisions with the Senior Management teams, your independent ways of working mean that you prefer high level direction and support from your MD and HRD.
- You are open and honest about who you are as a person and as an HR leader.
