The three key roles of Explore's dynamic marketing team are: building awareness of the brand and its once-in-a-lifetime holidays, increasing demand and sales of these trips, and gaining market share. Running activity in the UK, USA and Canada, Australia and New Zealand, the team is responsible for inspiring customers and potential customers all over the world with the right trips at the right time.
This team looks after the Explore brand, and it coordinates and produces all materials and communications that represent the business. This includes several global websites, all email communications, social media platforms, travel brochures and magazines. They work with other brands - from tourist boards and travel partners, to consumer brands - to attract a wider pool of potential travellers, and with the travel press.
It's a tight-knit team with a bunch of top-class agencies providing an extension to the core crew.
The Explore marketers love finding inspiration outside of the office, too. In the last year they've tested themselves in Escape Rooms, had a Dutch braiding masterclass, and volunteered at a horse sanctuary.
