This is a shared services function, providing services across the whole of the UK group, Responsible for the management and maintenance of our infrastructure, systems, and services. Our user support and help desk personnel are dedicated to providing prompt technical assistance to end-users, resolving issues and addressing inquiries effectively. Working in close collaboration with our infrastructure team, they ensure the efficient and secure operation of our network.
Our Project Management team is responsible for handling various projects across the organisation. Their role encompasses planning, coordination, and execution, aimed at achieving successful outcomes in line with our business objectives.
Furthermore, our delivery team takes the lead in overseeing the development and coding of IT solutions. They conduct thorough testing to guarantee the delivered solutions meet high standards of quality and functionality.
