This includes recruitment and selection, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent. Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees. We play a crucial role in training and developing employees, fostering their professional growth. Whilst also focusing on employee engagement to promote a positive company culture to enhance morale and productivity. Overall, the HR department serves as a strategic partner in nurturing the organisation's people and fostering a positive work environment for the success and growth of the company.
